Our Story

Aranee is an empathetic and passionate osteopath and physiotherapist, who has been practising in various clinics in Bedfordshire, and Hertfordshire since 2009. Currently she works part time in the NHS at Luton and Dunstable University Hospital as a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist. Furthermore, she sees some private patients when she can as her diary capacity is limited.

She chose to set up her first location at Nature's Harvest as she feels it has the vibe she wants to create and feels that she can thrive in this atmosphere. You may catch her in the store pottering around with hands full of healthy foods and shampoo and conditioner refills as she tries to do her best for the environment.

Lotus Practice symbolises Aranee's growth from rising above challenging times. She had an arduous journey to get where she is today, and the Lotus is a symbol of her resilience, strength, and tenacity. She portrays herself as a Lotus emerging from the murky waters. Similarly, the Lotus can also symbolise her patient's journey and she hopes they may have more clarity and direction after seeing Aranee at Lotus Practice.

Aranee believes that her clients’ well-being is paramount in helping encompass a healthy lifestyle for improved recovery. In this way she tries to empower patients to take the right steps needed to help themselves. She is an advocate for health and well-being. Her passion for well-being grew stronger after the bereavement of her younger brother Kannan. Kannan said he would model as a patient for Aranee's website, but he is there in spirit in a higher sense.

Aranee believes that it is important that we do not be afraid to reach out for help, whether that's for regular treatment, having a personal trainer, counselling, and taking ownership of our own health in every possible way and using all the resources we can to help.

She also loves studying and is often studying courses part time to give patients more services in the future. She is currently studying towards a Women's Health Osteopathy Diploma part time and also has some experience is paediatric osteopathy.

Aranee follows a vegan and gluten free lifestyle and does her best for her own health and well being following a naturopathic lifestyle. She regularly has cranial osteopathy treatment, keeps up with regular exercise, and takes part in Pranic healing meditation classes. She also loves playing football socially with friends and family,

Aranee believes the right mindset can help one make more conscious choices about their health. Everything we do in life can reflect on our total health and well-being. It takes small conscious steps, one step at a time to help oneself so that better health can be achieved. She hopes to expand her clinic in the future to further provide other specialities.
